VIP? Here's What You Need to Know!

If this is your first time attending a VIP, or even it's not, here's how it will work for this tour.

A day or two before the event, you'll want to come to this website and click on the concert date that you will be attending. In the description you will find the time and place to meet up with the VIP coordinator. Generally, the meet up time will be about 2 hours before doors open, but this can vary day to day so that is why you'll want to check the site for confirmed details 24-48 hours before the show.

At the venue, the person whose name is listed on the Will Call will need to provide a photo ID to the VIP Coordinator to gain admittance to the VIP event. If several VIPs are held under the same Will Call name, the entire party will need to check in together.

Once inside, you will pick up your VIP merchandise. These items will NOT be mailed to you. However, if you purchased the Relentless VIP package that included a pre-order of the new album, that will be mailed to you after April 1st. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers (if provided) when your package leaves our warehouse.

Reminder: VIP packages do NOT include concert tickets! You will need a concert ticket to attend the VIP event.
